How much does a custom AI chatbot cost?
Every chatbot is quoted on request, because cost depends on how many documents it uses, where it runs and what it connects to. Email trevor@trevorheshka.com with what you have in mind for a quote.
How long does it take to build a chatbot?
It depends on the scope. A website chat assistant over a set of existing pages and documents is a smaller job than one with integrations into other systems. I'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Can the chatbot use my own documents?
Yes. I build assistants grounded in your own content, such as website pages, FAQs, policies and product or service documents, so answers come from your material. HeshBot on this site works this way, grounded in the site's own content.
Where is the chatbot hosted, and what about privacy?
Hosting is planned with you: it can run on your existing website hosting or on cloud services, and I handle deployment, sign-in and API key handling. We agree up front which documents the assistant can see and how chat data is handled. See this site's privacy policy for how HeshBot handles chat.
Do you build custom LLM models?
Yes. I build and fine-tune custom LLM models for my own apps, and my latest projects run on them.
Do you work remotely?
