I'm Trevor Heshka, a full-stack and AI developer and IT support specialist based in Nanaimo, BC. I founded Hesh Co. in September 2026 to build web portals, data apps and AI assistants, and I've worked in technical support since 1998.

Background
My first technical support job was at Videon Cable Systems in 1998, troubleshooting cable modems, routers, Wi-Fi and email. From 2003 to 2006 I worked in Microsoft MSN support, rising from technical support to Tier 3 and then supervisor of a team of up to 20 agents. From 2006 to 2011 I was a technical support analyst at Shaw Cable, resolving 30 to 40 internet, TV and phone tickets a day.
From 2011 to 2019 I owned and ran Yard Plots Landscaping in Nanaimo. Since 2020 I've repaired computers and phones and installed security camera systems for local homes and small businesses. I also volunteered on the City of Nanaimo Parks and Recreation committee from 2017 to 2019.
