FAQ
Do I have to pay for the AI?
HeshBot is built to run on free-tier hosted model APIs. For a typical small-business site that's usually enough; if your traffic is higher, I'll tell you up front what it would cost.
Will it make things up?
It answers from your content only. When the answer isn't there, it says so and points visitors to your contact details.
What hosting do I need?
Standard PHP hosting, the kind most small-business websites already run on. If you'd rather not deal with it, ask me about hosting.
Do I own it?
Yes. The code is MIT-licensed, and your knowledge file and settings are yours.
